A leading Tier 1 Contractor contractor is looking to take on a number of Quantity Surveyors. Ideally with a minimum of 8 years experience. Experience with Main Contractor build works will be favoured but they are open to quantity surveying candidates from mechanical, electrical and civil engineering backgrounds also.
They have a global reputation built on quality and deliver top class projects. This is not an opportunity to miss.
The role will provide;
Exposureto a wide variety of projects
Working as a part of a highly collaborative team on multi million euro projects

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you will need;
* Relevant Third Level qualification within Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Construction Management etc
*A minimum of years experience
* Ideally within the Irish market
* Has worked on all aspects of commercial management
* Excellent report writing skills
* Has produced in depth bill of quantities in the past
* Fluent English
* Full driving licence
* Located in Dublin, Louth, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow or looking to relocate to Dublin
* Happy to work on site
* Excellent IT skills
* Familiarity with Buildsoft, Cubit, CostX, Excel or other take-off software programmes
* Ideally located in Dublin
* Can start in max 1 month
Please note that candidates with overseas experience will be considered with relevant experience but must be degree qualified and have worked within the eurozone. This client is also looking for candidates in Waterford also.
