A leading structural engineering firm are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for an office based role in Monaghan. The ideal candidate will be based in the locality or looking to relocate to Monaghan. They will have structural engineering or construction background ideally with an expertise in Estimation.
What will it entail:
* Working alongside Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors
* Preparation of final accounts
* Preparation of Bill of Quantities
* Liaising with manufacturing floor
What do you need;
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or Construction Management or desire to work in Quantity Surveying
* 3 years experience plus
* A familiarity within structural engineering works
* Construction and structural projects preferred
* Experience with Excel, StruCAD and Tekla an advantage but not essential
* Excellent IT skills
* Keen to work as a part of a permanent team
* Willingness to travel to sites in the region
* Full driving licence
