A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 3 years plus experience. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in quantity surveying and have main contractor experience.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
* 3 years plus experience with a main contractor
* Dealt with main build aspects of commercial and residential builds
* Located within commutable distance of Dublin
* Happy to report to managing surveyor and project manager
* IT literate
* Experienced in Buildsoft, CostX and Microsoft suite
* Motivated and driven individual who wishes to aspire
