Are you currently stuck on the M50? Do you want to move back to Limerick or Clare and work in Limerick or Clare? This is the role for you.
My client is an esteemed contractor working on high end works within the Mid West Region.
They arekeen to take on board a Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of projects across Limerick and Clare. They will work on public works, design and build, fit out, refurb and conservation projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to make a long term move back to the west!
The role is best suited to quantity surveyors who meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified quantity surveyors
* Experience with construction, refurb, fit out works
* Based in Limerick, Clare, Kerry or Tipp
* Keen to work on Mid West based projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen to work with an established firm
* Full driving licence
* Own vehicle
* Excellent IT skills
