Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Fencing Manager on behalf of our colleagues in FRS Fencing. This is a full-time permanent role.

Over the last 40 years FRS Fencing has made a significant contribution in the supply of fencing to the following sectors: Agricultural, Equine, Residential, Sport & Leisure , Industrial , Local Authorities and Public Works.

Moreover, FRS Fencing has contributed to the overall growth and success of FRS Network andhas helped it become a leading nationwide Cooperative over the last 40 years.

The primary function of this role is to develop and grow the contract & retail fencing business in the Southeast of Ireland.

With the support of both the CEO & Deputy CEO you will have responsibility for both the operational and financial running of the business in the region.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you come with previous experience in the Fencing or Construction sectors. The ability to manage and supervise staff essential.

The role will be based from Tinahely with a requirement to travel to other locations in Wicklow , Dublin South & Wexford.



Duties to include

* The successful Management of all Operational &Financial aspects of the NCFRS Contract & Retail Fencing Business in the area.
* Co-ordinating the business through day-to-day contact with customers, staff, and onsite workers.
* Daily managing & co-ordinating of the Retail and Contract work in the area.
* Proactively develop and grow the business along a profitable path.
* Provide positive effective leadership forthe staff & and on-site workers.
* Ensure compliance with H&S, Employment, and other legislation.
* Effective use of the company's IT Systems (Stock / pricing Systems & CRM).
* Responsibility for Equipment, machinery, and vehicles in theregion.
* Overall responsibility for Debtor management in the region.
* Work closely and collaboratively with the company'sother Business Units operating out of the same premises.
* Be an effective member of the company's overall national management Team.
* Work closely with our customers and staff to strengthen the core of our Business.
* Proactively participate in professional development and training and nurture a training & development ethos with all your staff.
* Managing & beingpart of the administration team for the Fencing Business.
* Attendance at Trade Shows & Sales Events for the promotion ofthe business.Promotion of the business through traditional advertising, social media, and liaising with the company's Marketingdepartment.

Candidate profile

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management & or operational type role.
* Previous work experience in the Fencing or Construction sector.
* The ability to lead, manage & motivate staff.
* The ability to further grow and expand the fencing business in the Southeast.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to manage the administrative function of the business.
