Purpose of Role
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain various retail client sites in Leicester and across the Midlands.Job Description
The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure as well as rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
Responsibilities
The Air Conditioning Engineer willcomplete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc. They will also carry out minor installation work andwill be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Proven commercial maintenance experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- FGAS Certified
- Experience of fault finding on FCU, VAV, AHU + Split AC DX equipment
- Comfortable using a handheld PDA/Mobile and compliant with paperwork
- UK - Drivers License ( no more than 6 points)
