A leading Tier 2 contractor is looking to recruit a number of Safety Advisors for city centre based roles due to an upturn in projects. They will ideally have 2-15 years experience within construction projects. Experience with design and build particularly with commercial and mixed use developments with a main contractor. These roles are ideal opportunities for those who wish to join an established company in a positive growth phase as they continue to add high quality safety staff to their team.
The role will entail;
* Liaising with site on staff on daily safety matters
* Carrying outTool Box talks
* Leading and promoting a positive safety culture on site
* Providing expertise on the construction of new safety protocol
What they need;
* Experienced safety advisors
* 2-15 years experience
* Have worked on construction projects to date
* Excellent track record of promoting a positive safety culture
* Safety advisors with a desire to progressto safety manager level
