WORCESTER
SALARY £30,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSWe are exclusively recruiting for an experienced sales executive to join an expanding sales team near Worcester, due toindustry and company growth.
This company has developed a comprehensive range of products to help solve and improve environmental issues. committed to delivering the highest quality service to all customers, assisting to offer the best solutions, and advice for installation.
This is an office based sales executive role working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5.00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To be an integral part of the sales team, making a positive contribution to the development, operation, financial performance of the business.
* Create customer quotations for all company products.
* Follow the company sales process tofollow up on quotations issued, this includes the use of the company CRM system
* Use customer information to seek out new sales opportunities
* Take detailed information and requirements to enable accurate quotations for clients
* Ensure all purchase orders and delivery notes are correct against sales orders.
* Prioritise excellent and efficient customer service at all times
* Attend presentations, meetings and events when required.
* When required meet customers and suppliers and actively promote the company and its products.
THE PERSON:
* Minimum 1 Year Sales Experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor or Sales Consultant role
* Excellent Customer service standards
* Experience in the building supply sales/trade an advantage
*Good attention to detail
* Confident on all Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Polite andconfident telephone manner, build rapport well.
* Highly organised
* Confident working both individually and within a team* Ability to use initiative
* Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
