Senior Construction Planner - Iconic Projects
Growing Real Estate Consultancy, Central London
Salary: £85,000 - £103,000 per annum plus£8,000 car allowance, pension & health.
Our client
Our client is a fast-growing real estate consultancy based inLondon with an increasing reputation of working on landmark, often iconic construction projects. Their projects span the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors and tend to be complicated, major £100m+ developments.
The Opportunity
Dueto a recent reshuffle, they currently have a requirement for a Senior Construction Planner with major project experience to become part of their growing planning function. If its major London projects that you're seeking then look no further - your involvement will typically on "sky-line changing" developments. The role will involve duties that you would typically expect at this level; working at design, preconstruction and live stages of projects where you will create the master programme, report updatesto senior stakeholders and generally becoming the "go to" planning expert for that scheme.
The Requirements
* At least ten years construction planning experience within the UK construction sector.
* Major UK construction project experience (i.e. at least £100m plus).
* A background of working for Tier 1 main contractors or developers would be an advantage.
* Relevant engineering/construction related degree.
* Personable, confident individual capable of working under minimal supervision.
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Proficient with relevant planning software (Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6).
The Package
On offer is a basic salary of between £85,000 and £103,000 per annum plus a benefits package comprising a significant car/travel allowance, bonus, pension and health.
