Are you fanatical about fit out? Do you have a sparkling personality? Are you the type that keeps everyone on track?This could be the role for you. A leading Dublin based construction project management consultancy are looking to hire a Senior Construction Project Manager for a client facing role on a hybrid basis. They currently operate on a 3 days in the office 2 days work from home basis.
This could be themove you are looking for! The client is involved in a number of cut and carve fit out projects across Dublin with a number of high end clients. They need someone who will hit the ground running like a swashbuckling pirate with a saber.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified in a relevant background such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Real Estate Management
* Masters ina relevant area as an additional advantage but not an eliminating factor
* 8-10 years plus experience within client facing project management
* Ideally has worked on construction projects in Ireland to date
* Fit out experience within a client facing role is preferred
* Expert knowledge of preconstruction stage and requirements
* Familiar with building regulations in Ireland
* Expert report writing skills
* Superb negotiation skills
* Established network of construction personnel in Ireland* Motivated and diligent
* Excellent IT skills
* Fluent English
* Full EU Driving licence
