We currently have an exclusive mandatefor a Senior Planner to work for a major construction organisation who are about to commence work on a large scale development in Central London. Our client has a lean structure and you will report directly into the Head of Planning (who is currently responsible for the planning function for the whole business) of this progressive organisation, with your main focus being a £350m+ cutting edge, high-rise development in the City. Initially, the Senior Planner will be concentrating on the basement section of thescheme (worth circa £90m itself) before moving on to the tower element. The duties will be as you'd expect; create, manage and monitor the detailed construction programme (Asta Powerproject), engage with key stakeholders, monitor/update/progress report andensure that any issues are flagged and communicated up the chain immediately.
Our client is seeking the following:* Significant construction planning experience on major London construction schemes.
* Experience working for a major construction contractor or construction management firm.
* Previous experience of schemes with a large RC frame-element.
* Proficient with Asta Powerproject advantageous.
* Engaging individual, capable of working under minimal supervision.
* Ambitious andproactive.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of anything between £75,000and £98,000 plus benefits package (possibly flexible for the right person). Interested?
