Senior Quantity Surveyor - Luxury high-end residential
Salary: Upto £85,000 + Package
Location: Westminster, South West London
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one ofLondon's leading developers on a high-end residential, RC Frame scheme in Westminster, SW London with individual units on salefor as much as £9.5 million per unit.
The company are true leaders in their field, with experienced and friendly construction professionals and offering excellent career progression prospects.
The successful candidate must have a strong background working on high end projects, preferably residential or hotels. We are ideally looking for someone with a degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and a stable career history with a leading construction contractor or developer.
Previous experience on large residential schemes is essential, particularly focusing on Heating/cooling, BMS systems and other M+Esystems, along with Dry Lining, Joinery, Tiling and some heritage works.
