Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading tier 1 contractor is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience plus working on main build aspects of construction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits;
* Degree or recognised qualification within Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related field
* Chartered or near chartered preferably
* Experience within in large scale projects in excess of 200m
* Has dealtwith multiple sub-contractors at any one time
* Excellent communication skills
* Has worked alongside large management teams.
* Expert knowledge of the construction sector in Ireland
* Very high level of spoken and written English
* Must be ableto construct reports and deliver presentations proficiently
* Happy to be based in Dublin City Centre
