A leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking for a number of Senior Quantity Surveyors for a Waterford based role. This is an ideal fit for those who have experience within civil engineering aspects of construction. Exposure to bridge construction, reinforcement, transport, marine works or stabilization projects would be of particular interest.
The ideal candidate will be based inWaterford or looking to relocate. This is a part of a 5 year project and will guarantee longevity within the locality. The bestfit for this role will have worked on large scale redevelopment projects in the past.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
* 7 years plus experience within Quantity Surveying
* Experience with large scale projects in excess of 50m+++
* Key management of junior quantity surveying staff
* Happy to work as a part of a collaborative team
* Experience with Civil Engineering projects adefinite plus
* IT Savvy
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivated and diligent
