A leading Irish contractor is looking to hire a top end Senior Site Manager for a deep retrofit project. This candidate will have fitout and build experience. They will be able to provide site management experience across a number of sectors from Commercial toResidential builds. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates to work on award winning projects with an established firm.
This role is best suited to:
* Experienced candidates with degree or trade background
* Located in Dublin, Kildare, Meath,Wicklow, Louth or commutable distance to Dublin
* Candidates happy to consider site based roles
* Candidates with experience within commercial, residential, hospitality or conservation works
* Have worked on multi million euro projects
* Expert level knowledge of BCAR and current construction standards
* Quality driven candidate
* Full driving licence
