The role ofthe Senior Sustainability and BREEAM Consultant presents an opportunity to, not only, develop your career, skills & experience working on progressive and exciting projects, but you will also take an active lead in delivering client sustainability design advice and much more.
Our Requirements:
* Working under minimum supervision to carry out the BREEAM AP role for assessments, from pre-planning through to post construction
* Embodied carbon life cycle assessments & reporting (training will be given where required)
* Producing sustainability reports & developing circular economy assessments
* Providing sustainability design advice and guidance to clients and colleagues
* Supporting/mentoring of junior members of the team
* Keepingup to date with developing best practice & technological advancement
Your Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Inthis instance, candidates are sought with a degree (or equivalent) in an Environmental/Sustainability/Energy related discipline.The following qualities are essential:
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent technical report writing skills with attention to detail
* Self motivator with a 'can-do' attitude
* Commercial awareness
* A passion for sustainability in the built environment
It is expected that the successful candidate will already be a BREEAM/WELL AP and have demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of sustainability assessment schemes over a number of years.
