Site Manager - Permanent - London & Northern Home Counties - Up to £50k + Car Allowance + Benefits + Mileage
Site Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor within the Social Housing & Decent Homes Refurbishment sector, are currently recruiting for a number of Site Managers on a Permanent basis to work on the delivery of their projects in London & Northern Home Counties regions. Our client are an extremely well established Main Contractor who have over 60 Years' experience working within their area of specialism in Social Housing/Decent Homes Refurbishments.
Due to an increased workload and project delivery book for 2023 & beyond, our client are now recruiting for these Site Manager vacancies to boost their existing strongsite teams in the delivery of high-class, professionally delivered projects throughout the South-East. Working as part of a wider site team, the works involved on these projects include all aspects of Decent Homes & Social Housing refurbishment, including both Internal (Kitchens & Bathrooms, Heating, Re-Wires & Flooring) and External (Window & Door Replacement, Pitched & Flat Roofing Repairs/Replacements, and EWI works) works to existing properties and buildings throughout the South-East.
For this role, it is imperative that you have prior experience of working within the Social Housing/Decent Homes sectors previously, and have prior working career history in the delivery of Internal, and more importantly External, redevelopment &refurbishment projects in this sector. Further still, prior experience in the repair & replacement of Pitched & Flat Roof systems would be extremely beneficial.
