A leading Irish Contractor is looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Carlow based project. The ideal candidate will have7-10 years experience at site management level on construction builds. They will come from a trade or degree background. They will have worked on all aspects of construction from foundations to final handover.
The role will involve:
* Daily management of all site staff
* Coordination with design team
* Meeting with client and contractor teams
* Keeping project on time* Ensuring the build is up to BCAR standards
The role is best suited to:
* Candidates based in Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, Wexford, Laois
* Degree or trade qualified
* 7-10 years experience
* Expert level knowledge of BCAR
* Keen to work onbuild projects
* Full Driving licence
* Site Management experience on build projects
* Fluent English
* Excellent IT skills
