Our client is a leading industrial building envelope contractor. They work ona wide range façade & cladding systems.
They are looking to grow their delivery team further. Due to successfully winning further projects they are looking to appoint an experienced site manager with specific facade / cladding experience based in Manchester!
Must have extensive experience in a similar role.
SMSTS
CSCS
Driving licence
Responsibilities:
Responsible forcreating RAMS and all H&S matters onsite.
Complete site relevant paperwork such as QA, site reports and handovers.
Attend meetings and issue weekly site reports with office.
Attend logistic and necessary site meetings.
Responsible for creatingRAMS and all H&S matters onsite.
Must have good knowledge in ' External Wall Insulation, Brick Slips, Render, Rain-screen Cladding, Aluminium, Stone, Ceramic, Terracotta, Residential'.
Role is Freelance.... But will be extended.
MUST HAVE SMSTS card in date, further qualifications (IOSHH, Asbestos, Cladding NVQs etc) are an advantage!
