TheSussex Rail Services Contract out of Horsham, working on site as follows
* To be a working supervisor to ensure the team workin a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service in line with the Line of Sight.
* You will be delivering reactive works from start to finish and carrying out safety and quality audits for both reactive and planned faults.
* To develop and maintain positive relationships.
* To promote and protect the Octavius Infrastructurereputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.
* To lead by example by engenderingthe collaborative culture throughout the site team, including suppliers and customers, ensuring that everyone works towards ourcommon vision of a vibrant delivery mechanism that delivers on promises, chosen by customers and has safety at its core.
* Beresponsible for safety first culture onsite.

* Highly organised, with excellent planning and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects without compromising on safety, standards andquality

* Safety first mindset, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks including those associated with working within the railway environment
* Technically savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project
* Problem solver with the ability to both challenge designs and produce/explain accurate plans and drawings

* Applicants will need to have a buildings and civils background and have a good understanding of all elements within the various trades.
* You will need to demonstrate in pastexperience that you are able to diagnose faults over the phone or by looking at the information provided which will allow them to send the correct tradesperson to carry out repairs.
* You will be required to travel between the sites across the whole of Kent so a clean full driving is essential.
* PTS - SMSTS/SSSTS - CSCS - CAT & Genny 4 - Abrasive Wheels - First Aid - COSS/PIC - Level C
