Description:
Our client, based in Co Limerick, requires a Civil Structural Engineer.
You will be working as part of a multi discipline engineering team.
You will be working on a wide range of CAPEX and maintenance projects which requires civil and structural engineering designs for safety, environmental and process improvements on the plant and facilities.
This multi million euro Asset Life Extension project requires a degree qualified civil/structural engineer who has 3/5 years experience in structural steel and reinforcedconcrete structure design.
Do you have experience writing detailed civil/structural scopes of work?
Are you a natural problem solver who enjoys the challenge of implementing improvements? You will be responsible for visual inspection, NDE inspection, condition assessment and condition reporting on the steel and concrete fixed assets. Most of the projects will require some civil/structural design elements including process vessel foundations, pump and process equipment bases, pipe bridges, environmentalbunding, plant process buildings, overhead steel structures for cranes, beams etc.
