Monday to Friday (37.5hrs PW)

I am currently recruiting for 3x 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers to join a busy team in Huntingdon.
You will be responsible for providing end user support across multipleclients, 1st or 2nd line support, whilst working towards ITIL and set service level agreements.
My client are looking to paybetween £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
Essential:
* Previous working experience with the following Technologies:
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* Windows Operating Systems
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Previous service desk experience
* Previous experience working to ITIL.
Desirable:
* Previous working experience with the following Technologies:
* VMware
* Veeam
* Hyper-V
* Office 365
* Azure
* Exchange
* Server
* ITIL Foundations Certificate* Previous 2nd Line Experience
* Entry level certifications in desktop support (Comptia A+, MCSA)
* Enhanced SC cleared asthis will be something you will need to go through once passed initial probation.
