The Company:
One of London's most respected brokers is now looking to expand their team after recent unprecedented growth and has a position for a 1st Line Support Analyst.
As a1st Line Support Analyst, you will report into the IT Manager and provide first class customer service support to IT users across the group.

TheIT Support Analyst Role:
* Responsible for end-to end ticket management and ensuring excellent communications with all endusers, keeping them informed about the incident and ticket status at agreed intervals
* Take a proactive role in your personaldevelopment, including identifying relevant training opportunities.
* Responsible for all 1st line desk side support, EUC andIT infrastructure ticket, service request and incident management
* Escalation of incidents and tickets that are at risk of breaching SLA to line managers and to 3rd line support, when the Analyst cannot resolve.
* Demonstrate a professional and collegial attitude towards all colleagues
The person:
* Excellent communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Able to work effectively and confidently under pressure.
* Proven experience working on a Service Desk in at least a 1st line support function
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages
