I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join a busy team in Newark.
Youwill be responsible for providing end user support across multiple clients, 1st or 2nd line support, whilst working towards ITILand set service level agreements.
Essential:
* Previous working experience with the following Technologies:
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* Windows Operating Systems
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Previous service desk experience* Previous experience working to ITIL.
Desirable:
* ITIL Foundations Certificate
* MTA Server or Cisco CCENT
* Understanding of Public cloud (Azure, AWS, Office 365)
* Understanding of Virtualisation (VMware, HyperV)
