Concept are currentlyrecruiting for an experienced 2nd line service desk engineer. The role will be providing 2nd line technical support within theMicrosoft arena. You will be working as part of a close team as part of a busy service desk, with an opportunity to develop yourskills by assisting with the delivery of new projects and technologies.
My client is a fast-growing MSP based in Manchester.
The salary is between £23,000-£28,000 + a brilliant benefits and reward incentive package + on call bonus + overtime bonus
Job Role and Responsibilities :
* Working to agreed SLA's
* Maintaining efficient and effective solutions to IT issues
* Working with a variety of IT technologies
* Deliver projects and technologies to clients
* Supportinga multitude of IT systems such as, virtualised environments, VOIP, Servers, Networking, O365, DNS, Exchange
Requirements:
* Microsoft Desktop experience
* Confident in supporting and administering the broad range of technologies
* Great customer service skills
* Brilliant phone manner
* Well organised
* Efficient and timely
