We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 2nd line support. This is a nationwide, award winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and development, and will have many different progression routes available to you.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6-12 months experience of 2nd line Support
* Previous experience of logging tickets
* Advanced knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Windows and Microsoft office 365
* Open to learning and developing within the company !
