3rd Line Engineer - Newcastle - £30-40k DOE
I have partnered with an incredible MSP who is looking for a fantastic 3rd line Engineer to come and drive their support function for their bespoke solutions for a large client base.
You will use your expertise to resolve 3rd line tickets and also act as an escalation point for 2nd line Engineers. The successful candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills spanning both on-premise and cloud technologies, alongside possessing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Technical knowledge
* MS Windows Server - Active Directory, Group Policy amongst others
* Citrix - Virtual desktop, Apps, Desktop, Netscaler
* SQL
* VMWare
* Office365
