Day to Day Tasks
* Installation a wide range of Audio-Visual equipment: Video Conferencing, Room Automation, Audio Configuration, Meeting Room Installation
* Provide Excellent Service to customers and build great relationships.
* Provide on-site technical support.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
* Be involved in support on call rota.
* Complete all relevant paperwork.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 year's experience with an Audio-Visual support related role
* NPPV Level 3 and DBS Clearance.
* Friendly and Helpful
* Self-Motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge of multiple disciplineswithin the Audio-Visual Industry
* Show eagerness to learn new skills with the Audio-Visual sector.
* Always represent thecompany in a professional manner
* National Vetting will be required.
* Full UK working right.
Desirable Skills Required
* Valid CSCS / ECS card.
* Crestron / Extron
* Avixa CTS Certified
