THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Avaya Engineer with more than 5 years' experience with Avaya IP Office for one of our clients in the IT Managed Services and Telecoms Industry.
Within this position you will be working in collaboration with a small but dedicated team of engineers for clients predominantly spread across the North West but also across the UK. You will be providing clients with support and installation services to industry best practices. The position is immediately available, and you will be based in their head offices located in Salford Quays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Mixture of on-site and remote customer installation and in-house support duties* Survey, install, train and where necessary troubleshoot and repair equipment
* Accustomed to working with Avaya IP Office IP400 to IP500 and Server Edition systems and software
* Be experienced in connecting systems with analogue, SIP trunks and using Voice Networking
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* AVAYA IP Office
* AVAYA Powered by Experience
* AVAYA Voicemail PRO
* AVAYA SBC install and maintain
* WAN and LAN skills inc VLAN configuration
* SIP trunking knowledge
* XIMA/ACR call loggingapplications
* Hosted Telephony including Horizon
* VMWare/Veeam (advantageous)
* Full UK Driving Licence
