Description:
I have an urgent requirement for multiple Dell EMC / Backup& Storage Engineers to support a UK-wide project on behalf of an IT Managed Services Provider. Upon completing online training modules, you will be tasked with completing Installation, Move, Add, and Change requests to perform a variety of related installation and support tasks, across multiple sites UK-wide.
You must own a vehicle and be willing to travel between sites across the UK - best efforts will be made to allocate sites which are close to your home, where possible. *All travel is fully expensed*
You must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Working pattern: Mon-Fri business hours
IR35 Status: TBC
Duration: Minimum 6 Months
The Role:
* To have knowledge, experience and expertise for IMAC requests.
* To be familiar with industry standards and vendor specifications.
* Following Health and Safety procedures at all times.
* Meet customer requirements andbeing professional at all times.
* Completing site assessments and updating customer closure procedures.
* Working with PMOto ensure they are available and hitting their dispatches within the agreed SLAs.
Skills/Experience required:
* It is preferable that you have Datacenter experience, stacking, racking, powering up and configuring equipment.
* Highly beneficial ifyou have experience commercially as a Dell EMC Engineer.
* Experience with any of the following technologies is highly advantageous:

* Own a vehicle which is reliable and fully insuredfor business use.
* Eligible to obtain SC security clearance.
