Description:
Bingo Manager Responsibilities:
* Fulfilment of the daily operational requirements of the Bingo product
* Developing, implementing, managing and coordinating appropriate strategies to help meetKPI's and marketing/business objectives set by Senior Management.
* Managing development and integration projects internally and with 3rd party suppliers.
* Aiding in the planning and creation of the promotional roadmap for Bingo with CRM
* Working with CRM to analyse and optimise user journeys
* Analysis of product performance and implementation of optimisation measures* Ensuring all content is displayed correctly, is current and adheres to brand standards as well as complying with the GC regulations and ASA guidelines
* Handling of CS and VIP escalations
* Reporting of product KPIs to the business as and when required.
* Designing, defining, researching, identifying and implementing innovative new product opportunities and enhancements
*Conducting regular competitive and SWOT analysis of industry leaders.
