Working for Finance Software company we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist on a short term project to understand and document the current processes for managing and assigning health care workers across a large UK agency.
The aim is to identify current ways of working, then workingwith a Product Development team to identify how processes can be automated and improved.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running so have a strong Business Analyst background - ideally with experience working with a Healthcare Provider/Agency but this is not essential.

* Must have previous experience as working as a Business Analyst
* Analytical by nature
* Articulate and experienced with working in a direct, client facing role
* Detail orientated* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment
* Capable ofdrilling into current business practices and identifying areas for improvement
* Able to document AS-IS business status and define a TO-BE operating model
* Experience of defining scope for a Minimal Viable Product
* Experience of interacting with atechnology delivery team
