Summary of Role: Concept IT is seeking a skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our team for a leading global IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).
This role involves working on one of their leadingaccounts, working alongside one of our Collaboration Consultants to manage day-to-day migrations to Webex Calling both remotelyand onsite.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in Unified Communications (UC) and Webex Calling configuration, along with excellent customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day migrations to Webex Calling.
* Configure Webex Calling based on project requirements.
* Support the migration process and broader Cisco-related upgrades.
* Engage in on-site interactions with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with a teamof engineers and consultants on large deployment/migration projects.
Qualifications:
* Cisco certification (CISCO).
*Extensive experience with Unified Communications (UC) and Webex Calling configuration.
* Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: £290-320 per day (8-hour workday, 10-hour total commitment)
Start Date: Early March 2025
