Are you a 3rd Line Engineer looking to pursue a career within a cloud focused environment?
I am currently resourcing for a brand new role based in Peterborough.
My client are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer who has experience with AWS.
The salary for this role is between £37,500-£45,000.
The role will consist of:
* Providing BAU support, as well as assistingin new project work.
* Mentor and provide an escalation point for the 2nd line engineers.
* Provide support as part of a 24/7 Rota.
* Provide technical assistance and remote support for on-going projects.
* Aid in the transition of new customers when required.
The perfect candidate will have the following:
* 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar SLA driven support role
* Proven Customer service Skills
* Proven experience delivering projects and complex changes.
* Industry recognised qualifications in relevant areas.
Proven knowledge / experience in the following technologies - Certification an advantage:* Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
* Hyper-V
* Active Directory (Core AD Services, DNS, DHCP, GPO, AD Replication)
* Exchange 2013/2016/2019 - Sound Knowledge
* Microsoft SQL Server Administration
* Sound Knowledge
* Lync / Skype for Business
* Powershell
* Cloud Technologies - Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Office 365
