Salary: up to £50,000 - £60,000

Role:
Provide onsite IT technical support for customers, over the phone or on email. Ensuring the customers receive the highest level of support, working closely with the technical teams to investigate, troubleshoot and support IT infrastructure, hardware, and software across our customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* You will have the opportunity to act as a technical SME focusing on Cloud Security.
* You will be responsible for supporting a number of existing key customers across a range of Cyber and Cloud technologies.
* Assist in the onboarding of new customers.
* Administration of Azure security systems.
Technical Requirements
* Solid experience working with a Cyber Security background
* Ideally be experienced in Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Defender
* Possess excellent customerservice skills
* Have strong communications skills and be a strong team player
