What You Will Be Doing



*Recruiting, mentoring & managing a team of Customer Care Team Leaders

* Improving the customer experience and apply bestpractices to areas of improvement

* Overseeing the development of customer care agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

* Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards* Coordinating special projects within the department

* Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department

* Ensuring the department provides consistently high-quality customer support to satisfy strict deadlines and KPI's* Enforcing company policies and procedures

* Identifying customer service trends and recommend improvements

* Improving customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results

* Conducting frequent one-to-one meetings with individual team members if/when required

* Being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT) score for all markets related to your team

* Maintaininghigh levels of product knowledge so that appropriate guidance is always provided



What You Will Need to Succeed In ThisRole



* Fluent in French & English

* Good communication skills

* Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

* Ability to think strategically and to lead

* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

* iGaming
