Cyber Security Analyst Opportunities - Kerry
My client, a prestigious global company, is looking for a number of Cyber Security Analysts to work at one of their European operations based in Kerry.As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be working as part of a team who are responsible for understanding and providing appropriate surveillance for critical cyber threats to the organization.
Some of your responsibilities will include :
*Monitor, investigate and report security incidents.
* Analyse security alerts and technical responses to a security incident.* Provide SME and mentor junior SOC colleagues.
* Monitor, evaluate and advise on information security issues related to systems, data, network and workflow to ensure security controls are adequate and appropriate.
* Evaluate and research latest security issues and resolutions.
* Create corrective action plans and carry out remediation tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving.
You will have experience in;
* Information Security (network, application & systems).
* Technology & Security Controls (Detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery from cyber security incidents).
* Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory architecture, EDR, data governance, vulnerability management, SIEM systems, information security compliance and standards.
* Proven track record in security analysis.
* Governance, risk, and complianceframeworks such as NIST AND CIS
* Professional Certifications are advantageous; GCIH, GNFA, GFCA, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, or similar.
