Description:
Concept are urgently recruiting for Deployment Engineers for a rolling contract for a client in Welwyn Garden City
The primary role will be tobuild, configure and install devices on one large customer site
Details and responsibilities of the role -
* Provide IT engineer support with the build, configuration and installation of PC's and laptops
* Script based Windows 10 build - providedby customer
* Migrating existing hardware to Windows 10 where necessary
* Some Floor walking activity, providing basic postproject support & diagnostics
* Ensure all work is completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Delivery of excellent customer service
The project will be starting ASAP
Working hours will be Monday - Friday, day work
Rate - £110 per day (umbrella / Ltd Company)
