Description:
My client, a leading IT services organisation, are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to be based from a site in Central Manchester
The successful engineer will work in a 2nd line support capacity completing technical leadership and support for the diagnosis of client fault calls or to engineering personnel
Key Responsibilities
* Fault diagnosis
* Phoneassistance to engineers / clients
* To ensure help desk, is updated on call progress, fix or future action and likely timescales
The contract will run initially for 5 weeks
Pay rate - £140p/d (through ltd/umbrella company)
