SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager for an exciting InternationalGaming company based in Madrid. Your primary focus will be on the people and the culture of the Development department, helpingboth the individuals and the organisation grow.

What You Will Be Doing
* Beresponsible for the growth and personal development of our team members
* Inspire others, coach and challenge each team memberas needed
* Be part of a team of Line Leads that together with HR continuously evolve our culture and our development organisation
* Be a key factor in scaling our organisation by retaining competence and recruiting top talent for the teams
* Be collaborating with many parts of our organisation in order to improve our ways of working (QA, PO, Architects, Application Management etc.)
* Be the main support and an enabler for the development teams to ensure their daily work is always enjoyableWhat You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Several years of experience in leadership and people management.
* Background in coding
* Experienced at supporting others through coaching and mentoring and you always put the individual first.* Technical background in mobile software development, ideally iOS. Any or all of Android, front-end and web development would be a plus.
* Lean and Agile organisations and work within a fast-paced environment.
* Able to build and motivate teams of developers.
