Description:
I am working with aglobal IT Professional Services business who have a requirement for a number of Enterprise Network Engineering Consultants to support numerous end customers.
These roles have been deemed outside IR35.
Fully Remote working.
What are we looking for?
* A good level of knowledge around Enterprise Networking concepts; minimum of 3 years' experience
* The ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using
documentation and internal resources
* Strong experience around common routing and switching protocols such as STP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
* Experience with Datacenter routing & switching platforms
* Excellent knowledge of multivendor Firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco ASA), assessment of Firewall traffic flow, dynamicrouting & log analysis
* Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., PRTG, Cacti, etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and vendors
* Strong knowledge of load balancers
* You will be familiar with accesscontrol models, network security and technologies
* Vendors - Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.
* Experience producing technical documentation including, Project Plans, High Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
* We expect you to hold certifications at CCNP, CCIE level, or the equivalent of another vendor
* Any experience with the following will be highly advantageous:
1 Experience with the SDN/SD-Access technologies
2 Knowledge of VXLAN, ACI, NSX etc.
3 Practical experiences withNokia platforms
4 Knowledge of Cloud networking (e.g., Azure)
5 Experience of using SIEMs
6 Demonstrable interest and passion for Cyber Security and Network Security
