Concept are currently recruiting for an I.T / Epos Hardware Break-fix Field Service Engineer

Job Description:
* Onsite support
* Desktop, Network and EPOS / Retail Tech
* New system installations& upgrades (desktop, network, EPOS)
* Communication with clients
* Support, procedures & ticket
* System changes & clients audits
* Projects & implementations resource
Requirements:
Strong Knowledge / understanding (MUST HAVE):* Setup/Installation Windows 7,8,10 and MAC OS
Basic Knowledge / understanding (MUST HAVE):
* Routers, Switches config, AP's, Printer (Scan to mail/Printer), EPOS
Any Knowledge / understanding (GOOD TO HAVE):
* Cisco ASA Firewall, Routers(NAT, PAT) & Switches (Vlan, VPN), SNMP)
Must have
* Attention to detail
* Self-starter and driven towards excellence
* Able to work under pressure
* Works well autonomously
* Able to hit the ground running
* 2+ years solid IT experience
* IT certified (either or all - Microsoft, Cisco, A+, N+)
* Excellent communicator with a proven track record
* Ongoing collaboration with team members to improve on current systems and processes.
* Ability to pass BPSS, SC Clearance and NPPV3Package-
* £24,000- £26,000
* Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
Additional pay:
* OOH rota - 1 weekend in 4 or 5 -Circa 3k per year on top of salary
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends - 1 in 4 or 5
