Experience (essential)
* Previous experience of deskside support in a customer-facing capacity Knowledge and experience of Windows Operating Systems
* SCCM for Operating System and application deployment/imaging purposes Experience with EUC tools, remote support tools, Microsoft Office, and Outlook with a strong emphasis on comfortwith
* Awareness & understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) & Group Policy, Strong Data Management skills to support day-to-day asset management and deployment tracking
Experience (desirable)
* Awareness of ITIL methodology (Change, Problem, Service Request) and related activities
* Experience with Service Management Certification In Microsoft Technologies
