Description:

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting an EUC Engineer commutable to Hammersmith, London.

The purpose of this role is to provide both onsite and remote technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.

Rate information:

* £32,000 per annum* Monday to Friday working week
* 9.00am - 17.00pm*
* Site based working
* Permanent opportunity

The Role:

* Ensure system performance targets are achieved or surpassed, this includes incident and service request SLA's
* Bringing a strong Customer Service focus
* Maintain and improve operational standards via daily checks and monitoring
* Work with internal business customers and IT departments to implement IT solutions according to the defined timescales agreed within project plans
*Create and keep updated documentation and processes for system implementations
* Provide clear and concise instructions that can be used by the service desk
* Being point of escalation for first line incidents and requests
* Outlining progress made on calls and issues
* Prioritise and coordinate the daily work tasks and priorities of junior members of the team
* Manage the call queue and ensure all calls are kept up to date and the business users are aware of the status if their call
* Focus ondelivering high quality resolutions to agreed SLAs
* Make recommendations on how service levels and infrastructure working practices may be improved to enhance productivity or reduce downtime.
* Provide technical assistance to business users by use oftechnical manuals and one-to-one training, when new systems software has been implemented or updated
* Work with the relevantteams across the business to resolve user calls and problems
* Continually improve all aspects of the operation.
* Being onpoint for escalations arising from end-users and provide management updates to the leadership team

The Candidate:

* Experience working on a 2nd line service desk
* Have and be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft InTune/ Bit locker management/ Office 365/ Windows 10/ MacOS/ iOS/ Android
* Have and be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge and experience of Network Troubleshooting/ Virtual Desktop Infrastructure/ Endpoint Manager/ Application Manager
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent Time management and Organisational skills
* A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems
* Ability to work independently on a wide range of products
* Demonstrate a Passionate,professional and 'can-do' attitude at all times
* Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Understand the importance of business processes and compliance
* Desirable certifications - CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Server+ / CompTIA Network+/ ITILFoundation/ MCDST/ CCENT
