This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Head of or Security Architect/Security Consultant to join a fast growing Cyber Security MSSP.The Head of Cyber Solutions will manage the day-to-day delivery of the cybersecurity practice groups strategy with a primaryfocus on services relating to cybersecurity solutions. The Head of Cyber Solutions will have responsibility for the delivery ofcybersecurity services by a team of Solutions consultants and have full responsibility for the fulfilment of those services.The role will involve hands-on delivery of cybersecurity services and the ability to quality assure all work delivered by the team.
The Head of Cyber Solutions key accountabilities will include the following:
* Providing support for the strategic direction for Consulting's cyber capability in the following areas:
* Developing service offerings to sell to customers.
* Choosing suitable cybersecurity tooling.
* Identify future capability requirements based on emerging threats.
* Providing guidance and direction for cybersecurity Solutions team to help them meet the cyber strategies & service offerings defined.
*Ensuring the cybersecurity Solutions team meet team objectives/KPI's.
* Assuring the quality of the Solutions team deliverables.
* Providing support to the wider management team and reporting directly to the current Head of Cybersecurity Consulting.Responsibilities and Duties:
* Liaise with the cybersecurity leadership team to inform, help develop and guide the following:
* Company Cyber strategy.
* Choice of Cyber tooling.
* Market strategies for service offerings.
* Manage the overalldirection of the Solutions Team, liaising with the Head of Cybersecurity Consultancy on progress of agreed tasks, and reportingon progress to the cybersecurity practice group.
Experience:
* Networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN and security best practices
* Experience in Private & Public (Azure) Cloud services and security controls
* Proven technical design skills and the ability to create design documentation
* Designing and implementing technical security controls including:
* Firewalls (Next-Generation)
* End Point Security and Compliance
* CSOC services/SIEM
* Cloud security and compliance
* The benefits of security frameworks and knowledge of the most common
* Knowledge and experience of secure architecture design and review
* Validating proposed designs and solutions
