Head of Marketing & Partnerships - Sports Betting & Casino | GibraltarSRG Europe are working with a next generation, and fast growing Sports Betting & Casino client, that are looking for a highly experienced Head of Marketing & Partnerships, to join their team in Gibraltar. Operating in both Europe and the US, our clients need you to oversee a small team to take responsibility for both the affiliates and influencers with a 6 to 7 figure monthly budget and leverage your extensive network of industry connections.
This is a pivotal growth point for our clients and they need someone with a passion for what they do, a hands-on approach, willing to get involved and challenge the norm and own their area. They bring a unique product to the market place and need a professional forward thinking Head of Marketing & Partnerships to take it to the next level.

The Job
Whilst no two days will ever be the same in this varied position, here are some of the key tasks you will be doing
* Oversee partnership channelsacross affiliates, influencers and similar and manage a small team to operate that function
* Taking responsibility for the growth of partner marketing functions; ensuring the brands succeed in their ambitious growth plans and planning for this success* On-board and manage their top tier partners; ensuring that the wider base of partners is managed to a high standard by yourteam
* Being responsible for commercial negotiation with marketing partners; ensuring you achieve the best revenues from eachpartner you work with
* Thinking strategically within your channels and beyond; delivering new ways for them to bring scale and revenues to the business through partnership efforts
* Consistently monitoring partner performance and profitability
* Holding responsibility for partners in terms of compliance with our client's programme terms and conditions, UKGC, CAP and BCAP, GDPR and CMA.
The Essentials
Aside from passion, drive, resilience and a 'let's get this done' attitude, here arethe absolute essentials for you to succeed in this role
* 6+ years' experience working within a Marketing Partnershipsrole or similar position
* Extensive network of partner contacts in Sports Betting or Casino
* Experience in a range of commercial models; including but not limited to Cost Per Install/Event/Deposit, revenue share, tenancy deals
* Educated to degreelevel, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
