The Implementation Analyst will be part of virtual project teams, primarily working remotely from home, with the occasional need to attend team or client meetings onsite.
The Role:
As an Implementation Analyst you will be part of project teamsthat undertaking the continual evolution of the Pensions Management System, working closely with clients to understand their bespoke needs & making the required configuration changes before rolling out the software to the client.
The teams are responsible for the implementation of the company's superb Pensions solutions to new clients both software and TPA, whilst also maintaining the model processes provided as part of the application, including legislative changes, ongoing maintenance and new developments.
This exciting opportunity will be part of a team that is not only responsible for the core configuration of the system, but also working closely with the ongoing development of the Application, including contributing to development plans, reviewing enhancement requests, application rollouts and producing prototypes for new functionality requested by clients or requiredby legislation changes.
Responsibilities:
* Working across all aspects of the Pensions application.
* Working with internal & external clients to understand their requirements for the Pension Management System.
* Analysing, documenting andestimating client requirements.
* Configuring and testing the Pensions application.
* Enhancing and developing the PensionsModel.
* Improving the implementation practices and procedures.
* Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system.
Skills & Experience:
* Educated to degree standard is beneficial
* Good experience & understanding of Pension Schemes and Pension Software
* Experience of using Pension Configuration Tools and MS SQL.
* Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry are desirable (e.g. Pensions Management Institute Certification).
* Some demonstrable software development capability.
* Good commercial awareness & operational efficiencies / income generation incurrent role.
