Infrastructure Engineer
£35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Code Red Associates are a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & expanding organisations throughout the UK. Weare currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for a respected organisation with offices in a city centre location.
The principal responsibilities include the provision of the setup, configure, deploy & support Windows and Linux physical and hosted servers, applications, virtual machines, databases, storage systems and services on premises and in the cloud. The role will involve highlighting, supporting and development security threats in systems, networks storage. Your Experience in automating tasks to manage our product offering to customers whilst troubleshooting issues and ensuring 99.9% uptime is essential
* Professional attitude with a strong IT technical background with a demonstrable passion and interest in technology-based applications & solutions
* Understanding of Windows and Linux Server administration, O365, networking, scripting, security, hardware and software with key applications and services running on virtualized and non-virtualized platforms.* Setup, configure, deploy and support VMware and Hyper-V servers, applications and services.
* Proven Infrastructure experience with exceptional people skills
* Experience of supporting IoT, Wireless Safety, Wireless Security or Wireless Monitoring solutions to a broad range of Markets would be beneficial.
* Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm
* A team player with staying power, resilience patience and tenacity
* Excellent listening, negotiating & communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
