Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to join a fast-paced environment commutable to Leeds.
Package details:
* Contracting starting W/C 23rd July 2023
* 6 weeks initial contract (potential to extend)
* £160 per day (Inside IR35)
* Monday - Friday
* Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
* Friday- 8.30am - 4pm
Main Duties:
* Stock management and set up of mobile phone
* Resolution of faults with mobile phones* Maintaining a list of active mobile users
* Managing approvals and completing request tasks using ServiceNow to SLA
* Maintaining a snag list for the ServiceNow catalogue process in ServiceNow
* Providing daily/weekly/monthly Request reporting
*Reviewing usage reports and making recommendations on rental package changes for users
* Setting up user access to IT systems* Managing eBIS for IT Service (PO's, GRN's, Invoices)
* Generating PO's, GRN's and invoices and ensuring they progress through the system efficiently
* Dealing with escalations from suppliers for unpaid invoices
* Maintaining the IT stock room forall peripherals and kit
* Dealing with non-standard IT requests - sourcing quotes, ordering etc
* Ensure all Request Fulfilment KPIs and SLAs are met
Experience required:
* Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous IT Admin experience is essential.
* Ability to multitask and a flexible attitude in dynamic environment.
* A sound technical knowledge of IT related products and services
* Experience with ServiceNow would be advantageous
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella companyrates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
