In this role you will be receiving all CSC related calls from internal and external customers, managing their queries in an appropriate manner and escalating to the appropriate team as needed. Job Requirements:
* Relevant professional certification or degree/diploma with work experience OR
* 1 year of professional experience
* Stamp 4 Visa or EU citizenship
* Ability to work on-site in Kerry

* Citrix environment knowledge
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Knowledge ofremote support tools
* Knowledge of Office 365
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Understanding of ITIL best practices
